Your spread
No points assigned yet. Drag a slider, or load one of the builds above.
Per-point values and Lv 5/10/20 breakpoints read from this site’s talents page on 2026-09-10 against game version 1.0.30. Pool is 45 points (25 points from Destiny Inscription plus 20 from Hard Mode tier rewards), 20 maximum per tree. An eighth tree (Greed) circulates on one third-party wiki with unconfirmed breakpoints and is deliberately not in this planner. Your spread is saved only in this browser.
Sephiria's talent screen shows you one tree at a time, which is exactly the wrong shape for the decision you are actually making. The question is never "is Wrath good" — it is "what do 45 points buy me across seven trees at once, and which breakpoints do I land on if I take five out of Willpower and put them into Endure." The planner above answers that: move any slider, and the stat totals and the unlocked breakpoint list underneath both update immediately.
How to use it
Each row is one tree, capped at 20 points, with the per-point line printed underneath the name. Drag the slider or use the − and + buttons. The bar at the top counts against the 45-point pool — 25 from Destiny Inscription and 20 from Hard Mode tier rewards — and turns red the moment you go over, which matters more than it sounds (see the third preset below).
Underneath the trees, Your spread does the arithmetic the game does not show you. Stats that come from more than one tree are added together: Max HP appears once, labelled with both Survival and Ingenuity, rather than as two separate numbers you have to sum in your head. Every Lv 5, 10 and 20 breakpoint you have reached is listed in full, and the two that are penalties or disputed — Survival 20's inventory loss and Willpower 20's fountain figure — are printed in red so you cannot land on them by accident.
The build code at the bottom is the whole spread compressed to nine characters. Copy yours to paste into a Discord thread; paste someone else's into the box and press Load to see it on the sliders. Everything is stored in this browser only, under a single key, and Reset clears it. Nothing is uploaded and there is no account.
What each tree is actually for
Wrath and Swiftness are the two damage trees, and they scale differently. Wrath is a flat crit-chance climb with a boss-damage breakpoint at 10 and armour penetration at 20 — it rewards going deep. Swiftness pays out in three currencies at once (attack speed per point, evasion and dashes at 5, weapon damage at 10 and 20), which makes it the better partial investment: five points in Swiftness is a real defensive upgrade, five points in Wrath is +5% crit. If your weapon locks you in place mid-swing, as the great sword does on the all-weapons page, Swiftness is buying survivability, not just DPS.
Endure is the beginner tree and the one this site keeps recommending in five-point doses. Endure 5 starts every run with a Foundation tablet, which is a free +1 across a whole row of your bag before you have found anything; Endure 20's revive-at-60% is a genuine capstone but costs four times as much for one insurance policy.
Survival is the trap. It is the strongest raw HP line in the game — +2 per point, forty at the cap — and its Lv 10 gives three inventory slots. Then Lv 20 takes twelve slots away in exchange for Tablet Imprinting. Points 11 through 20 in Survival are therefore a completely different decision from points 1 through 10, and the planner shows that penalty in red as soon as you cross it.
Wisdom is the caster and economy tree: MP regen per point, MP steal at 5, [Unique] stacking and a dice on boss kills at 10, a free reroll on every reward and +20% EXP at 20. On a staff or spellbook run it is not optional. Willpower is the luck tree, and its value is mostly indirect — dice, drop quality, and Wish Fountain capacity, whose exact number the patch record contradicts itself on; the planner reproduces the dispute rather than picking a side.
Ingenuity is the breadth tree and the only one whose capstone changes what a build is: +7% All Damage per active combo type, buffed from 4% in 0.10.0. It is worthless until you reach 20 and excellent afterwards, which is why it belongs on a finished Destiny Inscription and not on a first run.
The presets, and one honest warning
Four buttons load spreads this site has already published. Storm Cloud greatsword and Ingenuity breadth are routes 1 and 4 from the build routes page. Swift Regret evasion tank comes from the tier-50 evasion build, whose author names a tree that does not exist in 1.0 — the preset reads that as the evasion line maxed, and says so when you load it.
The fourth is instructive. The Burning Fang fire dagger build publishes Wrath 20, Swiftness 20, Ingenuity 10, which is 50 points against a 45-point pool. Load it and the bar goes red. That is not a bug in the build or in the planner; it is the most common mistake in circulating Sephiria spreads, and it is the reason a running total is worth having. Decide which five points to give back before you are standing at the mirror.
Common mistakes this tool is built to catch
Three keep recurring. Copying a spread without counting it, as above. Taking Survival to 20 for the HP and discovering the inventory penalty in the middle of a run. And treating talents as permanent — they are not: respec is free at the mirror or with P outside the dungeon, which is the single most under-used fact on the talents page. Plan a spread per chapter, not per save.
What this tool is not
It does not read your save file, and it does not know what tablets, artifacts or weapons you are carrying, so it cannot tell you your real crit chance in a run — only what the talent screen contributes. It also does not include the eighth tree, Greed, that circulates on one third-party wiki: the per-point claim has no second source and its breakpoints are unconfirmed even there, so it is left out rather than guessed at. If you are point-starved, the fix is more tiers on the Hard Mode ladder, not a better spread.
