Corrections come first

If a claim on this site is wrong, that is the message we want most. Include the page URL and what the correct information is; if you can say where you confirmed it — a patch note, the store page, a reproducible in-game test — we can act on it same-day rather than re-verifying from scratch.

Corrections are handled before anything else in this list. A page that is confidently wrong costs a reader a run; a page that is missing costs them a search.

Everything else worth sending

A guide we have not written. If you searched for something about Sephiria and found no straight answer anywhere, that is useful signal. Requests have a real influence on what gets written next — better than us guessing.

Something broken. Dead links, missing images, layout that falls apart on your phone. Your device and browser help.

Disputed information. If you have seen two sources contradict each other on a mechanic, send both. We would rather publish "these disagree" than pick one.

Reuse and quoting. Ask before republishing material at length; short quotes with a link back are fine.

What we cannot do

• Support for the game itself. Account problems, refunds, crashes, billing — we have no access to any of that. TEAM HORAY handles it through the Steam store page.
• Cheats, exploits, piracy. Not hosted, not discussed.
• Pre-release information. We have no early access and nothing embargoed.

How long we take

Usually a few days. Corrections are faster. If something is urgent and factual — a page actively telling people the wrong thing — say so in the subject line and it moves to the front.
