Sephiria Achievements: All 27 With Live Unlock Rates
Sephiria has 27 Steam achievements, and for twelve of them the game tells you a name and nothing else. No description, no hint, no condition. The list below is the complete set with the global unlock rate Steam publishes for each one, captured on 12 August 2026.
Two collection routes were used and they agree on all 27 entries: Steam's global achievement percentage endpoint, and the public achievement page for the game. Every percentage here is a rolling lifetime statistic across all owners. It drifts daily. Any page that prints these numbers without a capture date is quietly out of date, including, until today, one of ours.

Descriptions are reproduced verbatim, punctuation included. Where a row says (no description), the field Steam serves is genuinely empty — that is not us withholding anything.
The twelve that ship with no description
They are: Where the Blue Being Lives, Chapter I, Chapter II, Chapter III, Chapter IV, Chapter V, Qliphoth Contractor, Soul Plan, Hero's Guise, Temple of Evil, Seal and Journey's End.
You will see the phrase "hidden achievements" attached to a smaller number than twelve. We are not printing a hidden-achievement count, because Steam's public list does not distinguish an achievement that a developer has flagged as hidden from one that simply shipped without description text. Twelve is the number we can verify: twelve entries return an empty description field. Whether TEAM HORAY considers all twelve secret is not something the public record answers.
Two of them have an internal API key that says more than the blank description does. FOUND_HIDDEN_ROOM is the key behind Traveler, which does have a description — "Find a hidden room" — and sits high at 83.2%; the cracked-wall technique is covered on our beginner guide. POCKET_DIMENSION is the key behind Where the Blue Being Lives at 77.2%, and that key is the closest thing to a condition anyone has published for it.
One more thing worth flagging honestly. Our own bosses page prints unlock conditions for four entries Steam leaves blank — Qliphoth Contractor, Hero's Guise, Seal and Journey's End. Those conditions come from a community data compendium, not from TEAM HORAY or Steam. Treat them as community attribution rather than first-party fact, which is exactly the standard we apply to everything else on that page.
Chapter I to V, and the Chapter VI that is not there
Five chapter markers exist, and they form the cleanest progress ladder in the list: 72.7%, 63.9%, 42.3%, 33.5%, 23.6%. There is no Chapter VI achievement. The game has six chapters, and the sixth arrived with the 1.0 update in July 2026, but nothing in the achievement list is named for it.
Journey's End, at 16.3%, is the lowest-rate entry in the game and its internal key is ENDING. It is tempting to call it the Chapter 6 marker. We are not going to, because its description is blank and no first-party source connects the two. If that link is ever documented, this page will say so.
There is also a naming trap here that will catch anyone reading the raw data. Hero's Guise carries the key CHAPTER_5_COMP at 27.6%, while Chapter V carries CHAPTER_5_COMPLETE at 23.6%. Two different achievements, two different unlock rates, keys that differ by four characters.
Where the player population actually falls off
Because the rates are published for every entry, the drop-offs are arithmetic rather than opinion. The single largest step in the whole list is between Chapter II at 63.9% and Broken System at 52.2% — 11.7 points lost at the Guardian of the Library. The next meaningful steps are 51.8% down to 45.2%, then 42.3% down to 35.7%, and a slower grind from 33.5% to 30.8%.
What that does not tell you is which boss is hardest. The list mixes boss kills, a hidden-room find, three Hard Mode tiers and five chapter markers, so a rate reflects how many people got to a thing at all, not how much trouble it gave them. We have no community poll, no video-view data and no forum-volume data to corroborate any of it, so the drop-offs stay described and uninterpreted. If you want route-level help through those chapters, the attributed player routes are on our build routes page.
Root's Retreat: the three Hard Mode achievements
Hard Mode is internally called Root's Retreat, and Steam tracks exactly three tiers of it: Stage 1 at 45.2%, Stage 15 at 30.8%, Stage 30 at 19.6%. There is no fourth entry anywhere in the 27, so nothing above tier 30 is tracked, no matter how high you climb. The tier ladder, the one-reward-per-clear rule and the modifier list are on our Hard Mode page.
What 1.0 added, and the one that used to fail
The 1.0 announcement of 31 July 2026 states, in its Chapter 6 section, that "3 new achievements have been added." It does not name them, and neither will we.
More useful for anyone hunting the last one: patch 1.0.23 on 4 August 2026 shipped a fix reading "If the final achievement was not unlocked, the game now attempts to restore it upon entering town." That is TEAM HORAY confirming the final achievement could fail to fire. If you finished the game before 1.0.23 and the achievement never appeared, returning to town on a current build is the documented recovery path. As of this capture, 1.0.24 of 7 August 2026 is the newest published patch note.
Why these percentages differ from the ones on our boss page
Our bosses page quotes 89.7% for Stronghold Exploration and 14.5% for Journey's End. Today's capture gives 90.0% and 16.3%. Neither figure is wrong — they were taken on different days, and this is a rolling statistic that moves as more people play. Both are printed here rather than silently reconciled, and this page carries its capture date in the text for exactly that reason.
What we have not printed here
No unlock instructions for the twelve blank entries. We could guess from the names — Temple of Evil, Seal, Soul Plan all suggest something — but a guessed condition sends people grinding the wrong content, and nothing in the patch record documents them.
No count of "hidden" achievements, for the reason given above. No achievement-hunting order or missable list, because the public record does not establish which achievements become unavailable after a chapter advances. No completion-time estimate: HowLongToBeat returned an error on every attempt and TEAM HORAY has never published one. And no boss attack patterns to go with the boss achievements — that remains off-limits site-wide.
Reading the rates as a curve, carefully
With the caveats above in place, three patterns in the numbers are worth naming — as description, with interpretation attributed where it is ours.
The story is the filter. Chapter markers fall 72.7% → 63.9% → 42.3% → 33.5% → 23.6%, and the lowest rate in the game is simply reaching the ending (16.3%). Sephiria's completion wall is not a trick achievement; it is the length of the game itself.
Boss kills outrun chapter clears. More players have beaten the Mole Chief (90.0%) than carry the Chapter I marker (72.7%), and the gap persists down the ladder — runs end between a chapter's boss and its checkpoint often enough to show in global data.
The blank-description cluster compresses at the bottom. The community guide that groups Soul Plan, Hero's Guise, Temple of Evil, Seal and Journey's End as a true-ending route (AllThings. How, August 2026 — community attribution, not first-party) would predict exactly the shape the rates show: a wide top (30.8%, 27.6%) narrowing to a tight bottom (17.1%, 16.4%, 16.3%). Whoever reaches the last stretch finishes it. Our final boss and endings page covers what is verified about that route and stops there.
If you are starting the list today
Do DIY immediately — it gates the talent system, and at 91.7% it is functionally part of the tutorial. Take boss achievements as they come rather than farming them. Enter the Pocket Dimension when it first appears. Then accept the real project: five chapter markers, the ending, and the three Root's Retreat tiers — where co-op revives make the deep stages materially more forgiving than solo attempts. Nothing on this list rewards a detour; it all rewards continuing.
